2.Control and limit the ratio of slow-moving stock of raw materials to be below 5.1%; measured every month of the year ;
3.Control and limit the use of plastic wrapping materials (from an average of 802.2 kg/month to an average of 524.26 kg/month) ;
4.Decrease of use of auxiliary production materials by 5% compared to that in year 2007 ;
5.1. Develop environmental-friendly products, increase the sales of powder coatings up to 1500 tones .
