Goals for occupational health and safety
1.Attain Level 2 in Safety Standardization;
2.Achieve zero accident (use zero fire accident as a benchmark);
3.Zero incident of grade 9 occupational accidents;
4. Control the frequency of light accidents (to be below 0.12 times per hundred people per month);
5. Control the incident of “long-recovery-period” occupational accidents (causing leave period between 30 to 105 days) to be smaller than or equal to 1 time;
6.Leave period kept under 10 days/accident/person for light accidents;
7.Regularly-organized recreational physical activities in every department (at least once per season with accumulated attendance of over 60% of all employees for a period of at least 1 hour each time)
The company emphasizes on occupational health and safety for its employees. Since the first day the employees entered the company, they were educated on Third Grade Safety Guidelines. There are clear sign boards at working places to remind employees about safety and hygiene. The company provides various necessary protection gears for employees, and installs gas discharge and dust cleaning device. In order to improve employees’ physical fitness, the company encourages our employees to participate in all kinds of physical exercise. In addition to providing facilities such as swimming pool, basketball court, volley ball court, badminton court, table tennis room, etc. the company takes the initiative and are prepared to addocate substantial amount of money to organize different kinds of sports action ties and competition for our staff .
