Shenzhen Pinefield Chemical Enterprises Co.Ltd (Pinefield) is the subsidiary company of Hong Kong Manfield Coatings Co.,Ltd.(Manfield). In 1991, Pinefield was set up at Songgang Town in ShenZhen, providing customized industrial and powder coatings. Our customers are mainly manufacturers who produce export products to Western countries; hence, the quality of our products would have to meet the high standards set by the end users in these countries.
As our products and services are well received by our customers, our company has grown and expanded to meet this burgeoning demand. In order to cope with a production level that exceeds 1000 tons per month, Manfield has expanded both its factory area and area of construction to 34000m2 and 36000m2 respectively. With more than 1000 employees with technological know-how, we are able to provide services with the best quality.
Our company’s service emphasizes on “promptness and reliability”. Our main customers include companies dealing with toys, mobile phones, audio systems, electronic devices, lightings, kitchen wares, vehicle parts, control cabinet, construction materials, motorcycles, bicycles, candles, powder-coating etc.
In order to achieve “promptness”, our company organized a highly efficient production system, where we produce 450 batches of colour coating and 300 painting samples daily, and deliver our products within 2-3 days. In addition, our company reserves certain amount of productive capacity to cater to customers’ occasional need for urgent, on-the-day delivery. Technical service can also be provided on-site.
In order to guarantee “reliability”, our company adopted the comprehensive use of the ERP system in our computer operations, establishing an effective TQM (Total Quality Management) system. Other than fulfilling the ISO9001 standards and achieving Germany TüV Company’s recognition, we also examine every batch of products and retain samples from each batch; Supplying ourselves with 2 sets of Atomic absorption spectrophotometer, treating each batch of raw materials with strict control of heavy metal content; conducting internal and external rolling audit to the system; setting up systems for constant improvement; constantly monitoring key-performance indicators.
In order to guarantee the reliability of our products, our company purchased and makes full use of state-of-the-art equipment, including an infrared spectrophotometer, a high definition microscope, a colour meter, a portable colour meter, an atomic absorption spectrophotometer, a weathering tester, a gloss meter, a haze meter, an abrasion teste, and an oven temperature tester .With a team of 90 highly proficient technicians that provides on-site service, we can provide immediate service when customers use or test our products. Due to the excellent performance of our company in all areas, we obtained the Q-mark certification by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. In addition, we also obtained the “Excellent Quality Certification” from the Hong Kong Industrial Organization, the “Encouragement of 2004 China Quality Management Award” from the China Association of Quality, and the “Quality Management Award” from the GuangDong province. In 2005, our company won the Gold Award from the Hong Kong Management Association.
While we emphasize on quality products, we also play our part in environmental protection, establishing the ISO14001 system, gaining recognition from the German TüV Company, and getting the “Green Partner” Certificate from SONY. Our company’s laboratory testing on heavy metal content has also passed the examination by the Hong Kong Industrial Organization, gaining recognition from HOKLAS. Beside this, our company also provides a variety of environmentally-friendly coating products.
