Supplier evaluation standards
Our company evaluates our suppliers every season in order to ensure prompt and reliable supplier updates. Evaluation criteria are based on quality, service, credibility, and related aspects.
• Grading system:
A grade: 80 marks and abovebr>
B grade: 60-79 marks
C grade: 40-59 marks
D grade: 39 marks and below
• Grading principles:
Quality: 40 marks, 3 grades
1st grade: 40 marks
2nd grade: 20 marks
3rd grade: 10 marks
Supplier service: 55 marks, 3 components
a) Frequency of complaints: 25 marks
i. 0 supplies delivered in period – 0 mark
ii. No complaints on supplies delivery during period – 25 marks
iii. Complaints on delivery during period–(Complaints/Number of deliveries) X25 marks
b) Punctuality of deliveries: 30 marks
Average: (Punctual deliveries/Total number of deliveries)*30
Punctual deliveries: Received at least 50% of supplies by designated date in addition to within 10 days of receiving P.O.
Designated date: Date stated in P.O. or earlier.
Credibility (Evidence of ISO9000 or other certificates): 5 marks
i. Able to supply evidence: 5 marks
ii. Unable to supply evidence: 0 marks
